By booking our services, the customer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

 

1. Scope of Services

Agarwal Logistic Packers and Movers  provides packing, loading, transportation, unloading, unpacking, and related logistics services as agreed in the quotation or contract.

 

2. Booking & Confirmation

Services are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment (if applicable). Booking details provided by the Client must be accurate and complete. Any changes in service requirements must be informed in advance and may result in additional charges.

 

3. Packing Responsibility

The Company uses standard packing materials unless premium packing is requested. The Company is not responsible for damage to items packed by the Client or third parties. Fragile and high-value items must be declared in writing before packing.

 

4. Prohibited & Restricted Items

The Company does not transport: Cash, jewelry, precious stones, securities Explosives, flammable or hazardous materials Illegal, perishable, or restricted goods Any loss or legal consequence due to concealment of such items shall be the Client’s responsibility.

 

5. Insurance

Transit insurance is optional and chargeable. If insurance is not opted for, the Company’s liability will be limited as per industry norms. Insurance claims are subject to the insurer’s terms and documentation requirements.

 

6. Delivery & Transit Time

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to weather, traffic, vehicle breakdowns, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. Delays do not entitle the Client to compensation unless explicitly agreed in writing.

 

7. Client Responsibilities

Ensure proper access at pickup and delivery locations. Obtain necessary permissions (society, parking, entry passes, tolls). Be present or assign a representative during loading and unloading. Additional charges may apply for delays or waiting time.

 

8. Payment Terms

Full payment must be made before or at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed. Any additional services requested will be charged separately. Non-payment may result in withholding of goods until dues are cleared.

 

9. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation or rescheduling charges may apply depending on service stage. Last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of advance payment.

 

10. Damage & Claims

Any visible damage must be reported at the time of delivery. Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery. The Company will not be liable for normal wear and tear or concealed damage.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability is limited to the value declared by the Client or as per insurance coverage. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

 

12. Storage Services (If Applicable)

Goods stored are held at the Client’s risk unless insured. Storage charges must be paid in advance. The Company is not responsible for damage due to natural calamities or unforeseen events.

 

13. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or government actions.

 

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of [City/State] courts only.

 

15. Acceptance

By booking services with ALPM, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
